Does it work on iPhone?
Yes, since iOS 11 just point the Camera. On Android use Google Lens or the camera's built-in reader.
Which security to choose?
WPA (covers WPA2 and WPA3-Personal). WEP only for really old networks, “no password” for open ones.
Is it safe to put the Wi-Fi password in a QR?
The code holds the password in readable form – display it only where guests are meant to have access.
