1. The service
QRDEA (qrdea.aydea.app) is a free tool for creating static QR codes, bulk generation and QR code reading. Everything runs in your browser; the operator does not store the content of your codes.
2. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every QR code is readable by every device. The readability check is an aid, not a guarantee.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for the content of your QR codes. This applies especially to payment codes (QR Platba, PAY by square, SEPA, Swiss QR-bill, crypto): check the details before use; the QR code only pre-fills a payment and never sends anything itself. You must not use the service to spread illegal content, commit fraud or infringe third-party rights.
4. Intellectual property
Generated QR codes are yours and may be used commercially without restriction and without a watermark. Uploaded logos stay on your device; you are responsible for their content. The QRDEA and AYDEA marks belong to the operator.
5. Changes and termination
The operator may change or discontinue the service at any time. Static QR codes you have downloaded keep working independently of the service.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any disputes are resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
