Is QRDEA really free?
Yes. Static QR codes are unlimited, with no sign-up and no watermark. AYDEA pays for hosting; there are no ads.
Will my code expire?
No. A static QR code carries the data itself (URL, payment, Wi-Fi). It works as long as the thing it points to exists.
Where is my data stored?
Nowhere outside your browser. Forms, history and custom templates live only on your device (localStorage). There is no database and no accounts.
Which format should I use for print?
SVG or PDF (vector) for printers, PNG for web and documents. For print keep at least 2×2 cm and leave the quiet zone around the code.
Why do I see a readability warning?
After every change we render and decode the code again. If low contrast, a large logo or inverted colours endanger scanning, we warn you before you print.
